This is the read-only reference copy of the agreement every XI member accepts. Nothing on this page can be signed or submitted; acceptance is confirmed during onboarding.
XI provides education and mentorship only. Nothing provided by XI is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to transact, or a managed service. Members make their own decisions and remain solely responsible for them.
XI makes no representation about results, returns, profitability or income. Trading carries risk, including the risk of losing the full amount committed. Any member who publishes performance claims on behalf of XI is in breach of this agreement.
Members are expected to complete the preparation, logging and review steps for each cycle. Repeated non-participation may end access, because the room only functions when the process is followed.
The room is private and professional. Signal selling, solicitation, recruitment, harassment, and unverifiable claims of any kind are not permitted. Disagreement is welcome; disruption is not.
Session materials, templates and member submissions are confidential. They may not be recorded, redistributed, resold or published outside the room without written permission.
All charts, plates and schematics used by XI are illustrative teaching aids. They are not live data, not signals, and not representations of any specific instrument or period.
Membership is a single one-time payment of $1,000. There is no recurring charge. Access begins only once payment is verified by the payment provider.
XI stores the information submitted in the access form and the payment records required to operate the membership. This data is used to operate the programme and is not sold.
If this agreement changes materially, members are notified in the room before the change takes effect.
